Privacy
ClearKit is designed around browser-only utilities. For local tools, files and pasted text stay on your device unless you choose to copy, download, or share the output elsewhere.
A few lookup tools call public third-party APIs directly from your browser, such as weather, exchange rates, or sunrise data. Those pages show their lookup behavior in context and continue to provide a useful fallback when a service is unavailable.
The layout reserves quiet ad placements, but ads should not cover the primary task or require an account. Deployments may add analytics or ad scripts later; keep them lightweight and disclose them here.
AI Processing
Some tools on ClearKit use a small language model that runs entirely within your browser. The AI model is downloaded once from a public CDN and cached locally. No text you enter is sent to any server for AI processing. All generation happens on your device.
ClearKit does not use first-party tool cookies to make the core utilities work. If ads, analytics, or measurement providers are added in production, they may use their own cookies, local storage, or similar technologies according to their own policies.
